Dr.Ferdinard Senyo Lawson is a proud Native of keta, Volta Region in Ghana but a British National obtained his PhD in Healthcare Information & Management, University at Denver, Colorado, USA, Postgraduate Masters in Dementia care from University of West London in United Kingdom and Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health and Social Care from Sussex University.
His passion and crave in personal development and Leadership coaching make him a strong advocate for personal growth and leadership development globally.
With over twenty years of National Health service he has worked as Health and Safety personnel for UNISON, at the Kingston Hospital.
Dr. Lawson is a full Fellow member of the Royal Society for Public Health; England, and currently the champion lead for Bullying and Harassment at Work under the Minority & Ethnicity Group for All (MEGA) at the Kingston University Hospital Trust in United Kingdom, a Health Champion for staff at the Kingston Hospital and was awarded the best caregiver to patients in the area of patients’ value and care by the Chief Executive Officer for Kingston University Hospital.
